Artist's Comments
A quick ink practice turned 10 hour monstrosity.
Ink painted on watercolor paper, its somewhere between A4 and A3. The part I'm most happy with is the top part of his cloak, that shading there was done with pure ink, not watered down to give tones or anything. I'm also very pleased with the shield below his arm on the left, though I don't quite know why. Possibly the texture... The part I was least happy with is his forearm, so I've cut it off.  Merry Christmas Everybody!!! And if your yet to see 300, please do so at some point, on account of it being really good. please? I'm torn between sticking it in my folio or mounting it properly and entering it in the House Art Comp. |
